Be a lady in the streets and a dark, terrifying, chthonic hellbeast in the roads and alleyways, in the liminal, protean spaces from which people avert their gaze and speed past in unthinking, primal terror.
In honor of the 10th anniversary of Mean Girls, yes it’s been 10 years already, I wanted to revisit one of my personal favorites from the movie. I still remember seeing Mean Girls with my friends back when I was a sophomore in high school. Never could I have imagined how this movie would forever change pop culture.

“My mom would put on John Denver. He had a song that went, “Life is so good / my life is so good these days / life is so good these days / my life is so good.” It made me unbelievably angry as a child. I don’t know, I was like… Excuse me, sir, where is your existential angst? I don’t buy it. You’re full of shit, John Denver. Rest in peace.”—Annie Clark [x] (via bjorklift)
